Wyoming Division of Banking Amends License Fees under Uniform Consumer Credit Code

The Wyoming Division of Banking adopted rules amending license fees under the Uniform Consumer Credit Code. Under the adopted rules, the initial processing fee for a supervised lender license is increased to $300 (from $150) for a principal office. The initial processing fee for a branch office license remains at $150. The adopted rules also increase the initial license fee and the renewal fee for a supervised lender license to $50 (per licensed location). In addition, the adopted rules decrease the initial license fee and the renewal fee for a mortgage loan originator license to $120 (from $150). The adopted rules went into effect February 22, 2017.
