Washington Department of Financial Institutions Temporarily Reduces Mortgage Loan Originator License Renewal Fee under Mortgage Broker Practices Act

The Washington Department of Financial Institutions issued a Department Letter temporarily reducing the mortgage loan originator license renewal fee under the Mortgage Broker Practices Act. Per the Department Letter, the mortgage loan originator license renewal fee for the 2019 calendar year is reduced from $155 to $75.
