VA issued Circular 26-22-04 (Circular), announcing updates to the Request For Determination of Reasonable Value (VA Form 26-1805). Per the Circular, VA Form 26-1805 has been updated to include information pertaining to recent changes in ordering an appraisal. Specifically, more points of contact are being requested for setting the appraisal appointment and a better explanation of the appraisal assignment and property types. The changes announced in the Circular are effective immediately.
