VA Requires Electronic Submission of Prior Approval Loan Packages

VA issued Circular 26-17-01, requiring lenders to electronically submit prior approval loan packages. Currently, lenders mail prior approval loan packages to the applicable VA Regional Loan Center for underwriting. Effective February 13, 2017, lenders must electronically submit prior approval loan packages directly to VA through the WebLGY system.
