The measures include: the forebearance of loan payments; a 90 day foreclosure moratorium; the waiver of late charges; and the suspension of credit bureau and VA reporting. The Circular also encourages servicers to extend special forebearance to National Guard members that experience financial difficulties as a result of their service.
