VA Extends Foreclosure Moratorium for Loans Affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria

VA extended the foreclosure moratorium for loans affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria. The foreclosure moratorium has been extended to 270-days (from the date the disaster occurred). The foreclosure moratorium was previously 180-days (from the date the disaster occurred).
