VA issued Circular 26-23-10 (Circular), clarifying assumption procedures and republishing assumption stacking orders. Per the Circular, VA clarified assumption procedures and republished the stacking order for Assumptions with VA-Prior Approval, Assumptions without Substitution of Entitlement, Assumptions with Substitution of Entitlement, and Assumption Appeals. The clarifications announced in the Circular are effective May 22, 2023.
