The Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions announced the 2016-2017 supervision fee for mortgage lenders, brokers and servicers licensed under the Residential Lending, Brokerage and Servicing Act (RLBSA). The supervision fee for fiscal year 2016-2017 is $1,025. The supervision fee does not apply to mortgage loan originators licensed under the RLBSA (who will continue to pay a licensing and renewal fee of $100 and a sponsorship fee of $100). The supervision fee becomes effective October 14, 2016.
