RHS updated chapter 18 of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). Per the update, RHS clarified that a borrower must be no greater than 120 days past due as of March 1, 2020 in order to qualify for a COVID related forbearance. In addition, RHS updated attachment 18-C (Acceptable State Liquidation Costs and Fees) and made other minor formatting changes. The updates went into effect February 9, 2023.
