RHS issued a SFH Guaranteed Origination Notice (Notice) revising forms RD 3555-11, RD 3555-17, RD 3555-18 and RD 3555-21. Form RD 3555-11 (Lender Record Change) was revised to remove the social security number and protect the borrower’s PII and data redundancy. Form RD 3555-17 (Loan Note Guarantee) and Form RD 3555-21 (Request for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee) were revised to allow up to 5 borrowers (to be consistent with the data in the Guaranteed Underwriting System). Form RD 3555-18 (Conditional Commitment for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee) was revised to: allow up to 5 borrowers; remove a reference to the attachedLender Certification; add instruction for the lender to electronically execute all loan closings in the LLC; and relocate the Lender Certification page to the last page (to be used only when the LLC is officially unavailable). The updated forms will be available on or after August, 31st, 2022 with a new revision date of August 2022. Lenders may utilize the current Form RD 3555-21 (Request for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee) or the new Form RD 3555-21 (Request for Single Family Housing Loan Guarantee) with the August 2022 revision date from August 30, 2022 until November 30, 2022. All loans submitted to RHS on or after November 30, 2022 must include the newly revised form 3555-21 with the August 2022 revision date.
