RHS revised chapters 9 and 15 of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). The updates to chapter 9 incorporate program updates to allow greater flexibility for reviewing non-recurring asset deposits, provide additional guidance on calculating income, update links, provide guidance for entering data into the Guaranteed Underwriting System, and make minor grammatical and formatting edits. The updates to chapter 15 make grammatical and formatting changes, correct discrepancies and provide clarification. The updates went into effect January 9, 2023.
