RHS revised chapters 4 and 6 of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). The updates to chapter 4 clarify lender responsibilities in regard to conflict of interest. The updates to chapter 6 make grammatical and formatting changes, correct discrepancies and provide clarification. The updates went into effect March 31, 2023.
