RHS revised Chapter 3 of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). Specifically, RHS revised:
- paragraph 3.3 to update the contact information for submitting applications for lender approval;
- paragraph 3.3A to provide additional guidance on the minimum requirements for a lender’s quality control plan and to update the contact information for reporting violations of laws or regulations, false statements, and program abuses;
- paragraph 3.3B to identify the additional requirements for quality control plans that apply to servicing lenders; and
- Attachment 3-A, Lender Approval Checklist to update RHS’s contact information and to provide additional guidance on the minimum requirements for a lender’s quality control plan.
The revisions went into effect July 21, 2023.
