RHS Issues Temporary Guidance for Borrowers on a COVID-19 Related Forbearance Plan that are Impacted by Hurricane Ida

RHS issued a SFH Guaranteed Servicing Notice (Notice) announcing temporary guidance for the 12-month forbearance limit for borrowers who are impacted by Hurricane Ida (or will be impacted by a presidentially declared disaster during the 2021 hurricane season) and are currently on a forbearance plan due to COVID-19. The Notice also announced an update to the Schedule of Standard Attorney/Trustee Fees (Attachment 18-C of the Handbook 3555). The Notice is effective immediately.
