RHS extended the foreclosure and eviction moratorium, and the forbearance deadline, related to COVID-19. The foreclosure and eviction moratorium is extended through March 31, 2021. The deadline for approving a forbearance has been extended until March 31, 2021 or the termination date of the national emergency declared by the President, whichever is earlier.
