RHS Announces 2-Year Extension of Clarification Relating to Eligibility of Non-U.S. Citizens with Valid Social Security Numbers and Employment Authorization Documents

RHS issued a SFH Guaranteed Origination Notice (Notice) announcing a 2-year extension of the clarification pertaining to loan eligibility for a non-U.S. citizen with a valid Social Security Number and work authorization. On April 29, 2022, RHS issued a Notice clarifying loan eligibility for a non-U.S. citizen with a valid Social Security Number and work authorization. The Notice was effective from May 2, 2022 until May 2, 2023. Per this Notice, RHS has extended the effective date of the original Notice until May 2, 2025.
