Rhode Island Allows Employees to Work at Remote Locations

Rhode Island adopted a rule allowing employees to work at remote locations. Under the rule, lenders, brokers, and servicers licensed under the Rhode Island General Laws Licensed Activities Act may allow employees to work at a remote location if certain conditions are met. The rule adoption went into effect June 27, 2022.
