New York Requires Servicers Name and Telephone Number in Notice of Pendency of Foreclosure

New York passed a bill requiring the mortgage servicers name and telephone number be included in a notice of pendency of foreclosure if the foreclosure involved 1-to 4- family residential property. The bill went into effect November 11, 2020.
