Montana Increases License Renewal Fees under the Montana Mortgage Act

Montana adopted rules increasing license renewal fees under the Montana Mortgage Act. The increased renewal fees are effective for license periods on or after January 1, 2023. The renewal fees for 2022 license period remain the same as 2021. The rule adoption went into effect September 28, 2021.
