Maryland Requires Disclosure of NMLS unique identifier

Maryland passed a bill requiring mortgage lenders, brokers, and servicers to disclose the NMLS unique identifier in advertisements, websites, and at licensed locations.

The bill becomes effective October 1, 2021.
