This Bulletin: revises requirements with respect to assets, including down payment, closing costs and reserves; permits a borrower seeking a Home Possible Mortgage to have an ownership interest in other residential property under certain circumstances; extends the effective date of the income qualification revisions announced in Bulletin 2016-19 until July 6, 2017; extends the expiration date of the Freddie Mac Relief Refinance Mortgage – Same Servicer, and Relief Refinance Mortgage – Open Access offerings; updates Forms 16SF and 1107SF; and announces the availability of Spanish translations for certain forms (including TRID disclosures, IRS Form W9 and the Written List of Service Providers).
