Freddie Mac Extends Income Verification, Appraisal, Power of Attorney and Condominium Project Flexibilities Due to COVID-19

Freddie Mac issued Guide Bulletin 2021-1 to extend income verification, appraisal, power of attorney, and condominium project flexibilities due to COVID-19. The effective date of the temporary flexibilities is extended (for Mortgages with Application Received Dates) through February 28, 2021.
