FHA issued Mortgagee Letter 2021-19, RHS issued a SFH Guaranteed Servicing Notice, and VA issued Circular 26-21-14 extending the foreclosure related eviction moratorium in connection with COVID-19. The foreclosure related eviction moratorium is extended through September 30, 2021.
