FHA issued a Waiver of Single Family Housing Directive (Waiver) permitting individuals that are classified under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program and that are legally permitted to work in the U.S. to apply for FHA insured mortgages. The Waiver went into effect January 19, 2021.
