Fannie Mae issued Selling Guide Announcement SEL-2018-05 (Announcement), setting forth updates to the Selling Guide. As outlined in the Announcement, the Selling Guide has been updated to include changes with respect to: MH Advantage Properties; manufactured home inspections; condo, co-op and planned-unit development project standards; flash settlement for mortgage backed securities; Desktop Underwriter policies related to bankruptcy and mortgage delinquency assessment; HomeStyle Energy requirements; HomeStyle Renovation Forms; multiple appraisals; and Primary Mortgage Insurance Absence Reason Code 97. All changes are effective immediately.
