Delaware passed a bill extending the sunset date of the Automatic Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program (Program) for an additional 5 years. Under the bill, the sunset date of the Program is now January 1, 2025 (rather than January 18, 2020). The bill also extended the sunset date of Delaware’s loss mitigation affidavit requirements for an additional 5 years. The sunset date is now January 1, 2025 (rather than January 18, 2020).
