Colorado Allows Mortgage Business at Remote Locations

Colorado passed a bill allowing allow mortgage business at remote locations. Under the bill, supervised lenders licensed under the Uniform Consumer Credit Code may conduct mortgage business at a remote location if certain conditions are met. “Remote Location” means a private residence of an employee of a lender or another location selected by the employee and approved by the lender.
