Arizona Decreases License Fees under Mortgage Bankers Statute and Mortgage Brokers Statute

Arizona passed a bill decreasing license fees under the Mortgage Bankers Statute and the Mortgage Brokers Statute. Under the bill, the initial license fee for mortgage bankers is $1,000 (decreased from $1,500) and the initial license fee for mortgage brokers is $500 (decreased from $800). The bill becomes effective July 20, 2018.
