RHS Announces System for Award Management (SAM) Registration is now Required for all Approved Lenders

RHS issued Administrative Notice 4882, requiring all approved lenders to register in the System for Award Management (SAM). The registration requirement applies to new applications for lender approval submitted on or after October 1, 2021. Existing approved lenders must provide documentation of SAM registration at the time of the lender’s next approval recertification. In addition, RHS announced program participant suspension and debarment screening in SAM for applications received on or after July 27, 2021.
