Freddie Mac issued Bulletin 2020-20: Selling Updates (Bulletin). The Bulletin announced the addition of a new chapter in the Guide Selling segment, containing property insurance requirements previously located in the Guide Servicing segment. The Bulletin also announced the addition of a new eligibility category for leased amenities in Condo Project Advisor. In addition, Freddie Mac updated certain requirements related to eMortgages. The new eligibility category for leased amenities is effective June 18, 2020. All other updates are effective June 10, 2020.
