CFPB Publishes Additional Guidance Related to Disclosure of Construction and Construction-Permanent Loans under the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule

The CFPB published additional guidance related to disclosure of construction and construction-permanent loans under the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) Rule. The CFPB published two guides on disclosing construction-only and construction-permanent loans with examples based on common questions received by the CFPB. The guides provide illustrative examples about TRID and Regulation Z provisions related to completing construction and construction-permanent loan disclosures.
