Nevada Amends Content of Foreclosure Notice to Tenants

Nevada passed a bill amending the content of the Notice to Tenants of the Property (Notice). The bill removes previously required language from the Notice (detailing how an eviction notice will be served on the tenant following a foreclosure sale). The bill went into effect July 1, 2019.
