Minnesota Enacts Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts

Minnesota passed a bill enacting the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts. The Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts is modeled upon the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Law. The bill becomes effective January 1, 2019.
