Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Publish Support Documents for Upcoming Redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac published supporting documents for the upcoming redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA). The new support documents include a Dynamic URLA, a URLA Rendering Document, and a Spanish Translation Aid to the URLA. The Dynamic URLA and the accompanying URLA Rendering Document are designed to provide lenders and technology solution providers with an opportunity to tailor the URLA to their specific needs. The supporting documents also provide updated data requirements for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Automated Underwriting Systems (Desktop Underwriter and Loan Product Advisor).
