VA revised chapters 2, 7, 8 and 15 of the Servicer Handbook (M26-4). Chapter 2 was revised to provide clarification on: the Event Administrator feature; the event reporting for a Transfer of Ownership; and reference to where to find additional information on reports and property jurisdiction. Chapter 7 was revised to provide clarification on current program policy regarding the criteria for payment of an incentive on a repayment plan. Chapter 8 was revised to provide clarification on current program policy regarding reporting a new Foreclosure Sale Scheduled event, the requirement of interior appraisals and correction to the name of the Servicer Appraisal Processing Program. Chapter 15 was revised to provide clarification on current program policy regarding post audit required documentation for a deficiency waiver letter and to update the name of the post audit document required for bankruptcies.
