Fannie Mae Revises Connecticut Security Instrument, Kentucky Security Instrument, and Kentucky Short-Form Mortgage

Fannie Mae revised the Connecticut Security Instrument (Form 3007), the Kentucky Security Instrument (Form 3018), and the Kentucky Short-Form Mortgage (Form 3018-SF). The revision to the Connecticut Security Instrument updates Paragraph 26(a)(vi). The revision to the Kentucky Security Instrument update definitions (B) and (C) and the “Transfer of Rights in the Property” paragraph. In addition, the corresponding Kentucky Short Form Mortgage has been revised to reflect the same changes and the Kentucky Security Instrument. The changes went into effect July 24, 2024.
