RHS revised chapters 4, 11, and 18 of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). Specifically, RHS revised paragraphs 4.6, 4.9, 4.10, and 4.12 in Chapter 4 (Lenders Responsibilities), revised paragraphs 11.2 A, 11.2 B, 11.2 B 4, 11.2 B 5, 11.2 B 8, 11.2 19, 11.5, and 11.7 in Chapter 11 (Ratio Analysis) and Attachment 18-A (Loss Mitigation Guide) in Chapter 18 (Servicing Non-Performing Loans). The updates went into effect January 5, 2024.
