RHS revised chapters 9 and 10 of the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program Technical Handbook (HB-1-3555). Specifically, RHS revised paragraphs 9.3, paragraph 9.4, and Attachment 9-A (Income and Documentation Matrix) in Chapter 9 (Income Analysis) and revised Attachment 10-A (Credit Matrix) in Chapter 10 (Credit Analysis). The updates went into effect September 27, 2023.
