VA issued Circular 26-22-16, Change 1, amending the stacking order for files selected for VA Full File Loan Review (FFLR). Per the Circular, VA deleted item 8 “Pricing Sheet (valid at time of rate lock)” from Exhibit A (Stacking Order for Purchases and Cash Outs) of the original Circular and deleted item 3 “Pricing Sheet (valid at time of rate lock)” from Exhibit B (Stacking Order for IRRRLs) of the original Circular. The Circular went into effect September 11, 2023.
