Fannie Mae revised the Delaware Security Instrument Form (Form 3008). The revision to the Delaware Security Instrument corrects an erroneous state reference resulting from a typographical error in Paragraph 17. The revision only applies to the recently modified forms (with a footer date of 07/2021 or later). The changes are effective January 1, 2023 (however, lenders may implement the changes immediately).
